We assisted Club Med in defining a decarbonisation strategy for its international property portfolio. Club Med is the world's leading player in all-inclusive holidays, with 71 high-end destinations in 27 countries on five continents.

The challenge was to avoid and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the sites through the implementation of a practical strategy, based on tangible and quantified levers in terms of energy gains, avoided CO₂e emissions as well as return on investment (CAPEX and OPEX).

These identified actions were broken down into a practical action plan that may be applied to its entire real estate portfolio. A reporting tool was developed to monitor the relevant KPIs and measure the effect of the various levers that may be applied to buildings and energy systems.
